Before you read anything, please take a moment to read the disclaimers below! Also, please keep in mind that some of these characters may be NSFW, or have NSFW themes/elements! These characters will have red borders (and for links, they'll be highlighted red on hover). Alternatively, you can use the toggle to the right to hide them entirely!

FAQ

All of my characters' pictures are generated by NovelAI Diffusion (including the images on this site, actually!). You can download them all through the PFP DL button on their individual pages, each 400x600px (and occasionally 400x585px).

Alternatively, I have higher-quality versions of each image than those on their download tabs, so feel free to contact me if you'd like them!

Almost all of my female characters are genderbends of their male counterparts. As a result, there is pretty much no difference between them besides the profile picture, pronouns, and the description of their appearance. However, Theresa, Suzu and Kalliope are notable outliers, the latter of whom is the original character out of her and her male counterpart, Alastor.

My characters are all optimised for usage with NovelAI, so they're written in a mix of attributes and plaintext. The ---- is always at the top of my characters' personality because that's the flag for an info dump for their models.

Since it's mostly prose, however, the characters should work on most, if not all models (albeit maybe with a few extra instructions added on)

As mentioned above, my characters will always be posted under the username akiri_ii, akiri11, or some variation of that. If one of my cards is not posted under that username and/or the profile is not on the About page of this site, then that means the card was uploaded without my permission and should be reported to the site's staff.

Depending on the platform, the character's greetings may have been shortened in order to fit within the set limitations. I'll try to keep them as similar to the original as possible, but it really depends on the site.

Not anymore, though - my characters are far too long for Character.AI's 3200 character (not token) limit, and given their model seems to always mess up their personalities in one way or another, I gave up trying to port them. If you really want, I guess I can try porting them upon request, but they'll likely remain unlisted in those cases, if I agree at all.

They're supposed to be exclusive for the period of time that they're available, but if you still really want them, you can always contact me through Discord to get it!

It means that everything about a character has been changed in a major way. For a character to have been 'overhauled', the character's profile picture, example dialogue, and personality must have been changed unless stated otherwise (usually only when the pfp is the only thing that hasn't changed). The scenario does not need to change for it to be considered an overhaul.

About Me

Hi! I'm Akiri/kunari!

I've been writing AI characters (prompts) since around July 2023, starting out on Character.AI and eventually moving on to NovelAI. Since then, I've written all of my characters specifically for use with NovelAI (through SillyTavern), but due to NovelAI's reliance on prose, my characters should work on any AI regardless.

If you'd like to use my characters exactly as intended, however, I recommend using this context template. Make sure to turn off Instruct Mode if it's not already disabled! Alternatively, you can turn it on in order to use the System Prompt box for your ATTG, but make sure to remove all Instruct Mode Sequences!

With NovelAI's new Erato model, however, I made my own preset (which you can get here!) for my characters. It's still in testing, but it outputs great prose so if you're interested, I recommend giving it a try (specifically, with [ S: 4 ] and [ Author: Marcel Proust ] in the ATTG for the best results).

Alternatively, for Kayra, I use Gibbering Mouther by Basileus on the NovelAI discord server, but I also occasionally switch to Phoenix by Cyb or Carefree. However, I always use these presets with the Prose Augmenter module, since I like roleplaying in a prose style (like how the greetings for all of my characters are written). I also include these style tags in the Preamble for general chats: [ Style: senses, sensory language, character colloquy, purple prose ]

My characters are all OCs of mine, written by me (occasionally with help from NovelAI) and, while some take inspiration from existing characters, are still products of my own ideas. Regardless, each character is written with love and affection, taking upwards of 3 hours each (minus the time taken to test those characters).

Of course, like any writer (probably), I do have some favourites. Those characters are Ikehara, Yukki, and Asahi! and two others that are NSFW!

As for characters to recommend, you should take a look at Rei, Robin, and Miura! Rei because of his more adventure-oriented backstory, Robin because of his unconventional relationship with the user abandon humanity, become lizard, and Miura, for a more down-to-earth roleplay, with potential for either drama or wholesomeness.
